WSG is partnered with a growing full service engineering firm in the Philadelphia, PA area who is looking to add a talented Structural Engineer to their staff.
We're looking for a
Senior Structural Engineer
to join our team and lead diverse structural design, renovation, and inspection projects. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the built environment across various sectors, including commercial, institutional, educational, public-sector, and industrial facilities.
What you'll do:
Lead
structural design and analysis for low-rise and high-rise buildings, utilizing a wide range of materials such as concrete, steel, masonry, wood, and cold-formed metal. Oversee
projects from initial concept through renovation and adaptive reuse. Prepare
detailed calculations and drawings for comprehensive reports. Develop
advanced finite element models for analyzing complex structures. Conduct
field investigations, site visits, inspections, and condition assessments, then compile thorough reports. Cultivate
strong relationships by working directly with clients. What you'll bring:
A
Bachelor's degree
in Structural Engineering or a related technical discipline (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering). A minimum of
5 years
of professional experience in structural engineering. An
active P.E. license .
