Senior Software Engineer

with a comprehensive skill set developing web applications within the Microsoft stack (ASP.Net, C#/VB.Net). Must have proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio 2022, Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Web Service, WCF Service, Windows Service in Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and IIS 10 environment and hands on experience using HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and ASP.NET AJAX Control Toolkit. Additionally, our ideal candidate has experience using third party libraries like Log4net 2.0.13 and SubSonic 2.1, working knowledge of Fortify Static Code Analyzer as well as Object Oriented Principles, Concepts and Best Practices. Should be familiar with source control tools, preferably Visual Studio Team Foundation. Must have expertise in working with Microsoft SQL Server 2016, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

The ServiceNow Knowledge Manager will serve as a member of the Core Team in Lennar's expansion of it's ServiceNow

implementation working toward leveraging AI to help meet employee needs. In this role, the right team member will: •

Have wing to wing responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the IT and related knowledge bases included in the plan. •

Dive into Lennar's current knowledge assets and framework to create the strategy and actions necessary to

ensure the fullness of information and success of the knowledge implementation aligned with decisions made previously in Lennar's HRSD implementation. •

Work with the team to develop a phased Self-Service approach for each project phase to ensure delivery to

Lennar's vision. •

Work with the team to determine taxonomy and go forward knowledge organization approach

for knowledge as well as consult on taxonomy for IT Services on Lennar's internal portals. •

Drive cross functional resources to align to strategy and then to gather, organize, consolidate, author, revise and standardize content so that it may be leveraged to the platform to drive amazing self-service. • Align the team to drive go-forward operational content governance approach to ensure proper management post phase implementation including cross functional team structure as well as review and maintenance requirements and activities ensuring accuracy and relevance

How many hours do you expect the contract to work per week? Are overtime hours allowed? What hours will the contractor be working? Are any weekend hours expected?

20-40 hours

a week depending on needs. May be higher in early phases and when working

through knowledge gathering; OT only as required to meet project deliverables;

US ET 8 am to 5 pm. Prefer Miami or Arkansas based.
