Compensation Pay Range:$27.80-$39.10/Hrs
Description Act as a hands-on expert for issue resolution. Assess and recommend process and performance improvements. Maintain documentation of issues and business processes. Support application release and deployment. Provide after-hours, weekend, and on-call support as needed. Support production ticket/issue triage. Create ad hoc data reports as needed by the business line.
Key Responsibilities Identify root causes in code and perform necessary fixes. Support the deployment of applications and updates. Document and maintain knowledge of business processes. Provide on-call support during non-business hours.
Qualifications 5 years of experience in developing/supporting mainframe-based applications. 5 years of experience with batch development using a generic job control language. 5 years of experience analyzing/developing programs in a generic programming language. 5 years of experience with generic scheduling, file transfer, and file management tools. 5 years of experience with generic database and transaction processing systems. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Experience with consumer banking or deposits applications.
