Supply Chain Planning Manager

Salary:

$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align production planning with demand forecasts and company goals Direct and optimize procurement activities to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging needed to meet aggressive production schedules Work collaboratively with manufacturing and logistics teams to identify, discuss, and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies within the process Administer inventory management practices to diminish waste and sustain optimal stock levels to meet ongoing customer demands Manage warehouse operations to confirm efficient processes in shipping, receiving, and material handling are maintained Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics, creating actionable strategies for improvement Forge and cultivate strong, reliable relationships with suppliers, ensuring continuous quality and consistent service Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive coherence in supply chain strategies across various departments Minimum Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, supply planning, or scheduling in a manufacturing setting Solid grasp of supply chain management principles such as scheduling, supply analysis, and inventory control Proficient in ERP systems and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions Strong problem-solving capabilities with an emphasis on improving operational efficiency and reducing costs Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proficient in navigating cross-team collaborations Demonstrated leadership experience with the aptitude to manage and direct cross-functional supply chain teams Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management such as APICS CPIM or CSCP Experience in using advanced data analytics and supply chain modeling tools Prior experience in a global manufacturing environment Proven track record in strategic planning and execution within supply chains Skills:
