IMAQ Resources, LLC, is seeking a Program Manager/Contract Lead to support the Air Force Utilities Privatization and Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) programs. The Air Force is transforming base infrastructure around the country by privatizing the right utility systems at the right time through the Utilities Privatization program. The program develops partnerships between the Air Force and public and private entities to create mutually beneficial commercial projects on non-excess Air Force real estate. The successful candidate will be part of the IMAQ team providing innovative solutions to execute the programs above.
Reporting to IMAQ's General Manager, the Program Manager/Contract Lead directs or assists utilities and energy privatization programs, projects, and management systems related to the planning, analysis, implementation and life-cycle and portfolio management of energy-related EULs. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serves as the principle point of contact for successful execution of the contract.
Develops, in concert with the Project Manager and Det Project Managers, the Project Management Plan, Work Breakdown Structure, Integrated Master Schedule, and other required project management documents
Oversees Contractor support staff and works closely with the COR and AFCEC/CIUU project managers and technical staff to ensure the quality and quantity of tasks and deliverables are being completed to the required acceptable quality level on time and within budget.
Provides the COR and senior AFCEC/CI leadership with program status updates and other briefings as required
Provides final QC review and/or Senior Peer Review of deliverables (e.g., reports, financial analyses, technical reviews and analyses, stakeholder meeting materials, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) prior to submission to the COR and AFCEC/CI.
In collaboration with the assigned QC Manager, update the QCP and ensure project team members are familiar with all changes.
Manages subcontractors to ensure successful long-term business relationships.
Develops strategic alliances with other federal contractors.
Leads and moderates training workshops as assigned.
Interfaces with DetPMs, DoD customers, System Owners, USACE, and other stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution.
Recruits for open positions
Advocates on behalf of the KOMAN Family of Companies' contracting capabilities and services.
Supports the capture of new business.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Relevant Field of Study
Master's Degree preferred
Professional Engineering License in Electrical or Civil Engineering
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience leading complex programs and projects distributed across a geographically dispersed area and requiring interface with the client, stakeholders, and other support contractors
Experience with development of large-scale energy projects and experience working with the DoD and Air Force.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and provide innovative solutions to complex energy and utilities infrastructure problems
Requires a customer focused individual with attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills

Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Accreditation
