Job Summary:

This position involves performing staking, masking, and conformal coating application on electronic assemblies within a high-reliability environment. The role requires a high level of manual dexterity and strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities: Apply conformal coatings, potting compounds, and adhesives to electronic units following documented processes and instructions (IAW). Perform engineering changes, modifications, and repairs as directed.Use specialized hand tools such as torque screwdrivers, dispensing equipment, spray guns, and apply various masking techniques. Accurately generate detailed assembly records documenting all actions taken. Record labor hours accurately. Follow assembly travelers depicting sequences for product assembly. Collaborate with quality representatives, manufacturing engineers, and customer representatives to ensure product quality within allotted timelines. Visually inspect both own work and work performed by others. Maintain expected quality standards consistently. Adhere to established ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), housekeeping, and safety requirements. Train and assist other employees as needed. Utilize basic PC navigation skills for accessing documentation and timesheet preparation. Follow EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety) procedures for recording, handling, and usage. Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret BOMs, work instructions, travelers, blueprints, routers, and engineering change notices including modifications and designs. Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team. Compliance with divisional ethics and attendance policies. Able to follow written and oral instructions accurately.

Pre ferred Qualifications: IPC-610 Certification Class III. J-STD-001 Certification.
