Summary: AS A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR, you'll be responsible for promoting positive employee relations for all employees while assuring compliance of programs with all federal, state and local laws/regulations. The HR Coordinator promotes effective and efficient HR services through utilization of policies and procedures in a consistent manner throughout the institution and affiliate organizations.
Other information: QUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required -Prior working knowledge of employment law preferred -Master's degree with concentration in Human Resources preferred -PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred -Employee relations and employee labor relations experience preferred
