Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior Onsite Tech Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for our office environment. This role will primarily involve assisting with basic troubleshooting, Ethernet cable management, and assembling PCs. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: Assist with the installation and management of Ethernet cables throughout the office space. Assemble and disassemble PC hardware components as needed. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to hardware and network connectivity. Perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of office equipment. Provide hands-on support to employees with hardware-related issues. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements: Previous experience with hands-on technical support preferred. Basic understanding of Ethernet cable management and PC hardware assembly. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment as needed. Available to work onsite for a minimum of 3 hours per day, supporting approximately 90 people in the office environment.
