Your Role:
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population to address a variety of mental health conditions. You'll provide vital services such as individual and group therapy, medication management, and engage patients in intensive outpatient programs. Position Highlights & Responsibilities: Establish strong alliances with patients and coordinate care with external providers. Conduct thorough outpatient psychiatric evaluations. Assess and screen patients for mental health and substance use disorders. Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations. What We Offer:

Required Qualifications: A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. An active, unrestricted license (LIMHP, LMHP) in your state of practice. Preferred Qualifications: Over 2 years of clinical experience post-Master's degree. Experience in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficient with technology for professional communication and medical record-keeping. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
