Controls Project Engineer
to lead the installation, commissioning, and support of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC controls on commercial projects. This role plays a key part in delivering high-performance systems on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
Manage BAS/HVAC controls installation and commissioning
Supervise technicians and subcontractors in the field
Troubleshoot systems and ensure quality performance
Develop control system submittals, wiring diagrams & schematics
Review specs and optimize control sequences
Coordinate procurement and material delivery

What You Bring
BAS/HVAC controls experience (Trane, JCI, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.)
Familiarity with BACnet, MODBUS, Niagara (certifications a plus)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
