Description: Client Description: Our client is a leading provider of IT solutions and services, dedicated to delivering high-quality support and innovative technology solutions to their customers. They are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team and provide exceptional technical support to end users in a hybrid work environment.

Location: Hybrid 3 days - Lakewood, CO

Rate: $30 - $34 an hour W2

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 deskside and remote end-user support. Troubleshoot complex and advanced end-user issues with hardware and software. Perform hardware and software diagnostics, mobile device deployment, recovery, and troubleshooting. Act independently in a customer environment and engage engineers from multiple teams to troubleshoot issues. Update the status of queued service requests within the IT service management system. Escalate complex problems to upper-level deskside engineers. Set up and support conference room and VTC (Video Teleconferencing) systems. Experience Requirements: Experience Requirements: Proven experience in deploying customer hardware and software. Strong problem resolution skills in IT support for end users. Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows. Experience in the installation and configuration of new machines in a Windows environment. Familiarity with Office 365, VPN, Active Directory, and Thin Client technologies. Experience with remote tool support and conference room/VTC setups. Education Requirements: Education Requirements:

A degree is required (a high school diploma may be substituted with 6 additional years of related experience). HDI Technical Support Professional certification required within six (6) months of employment. Certifications such as A+, Net+, Secure+, and ITIL V4 are desirable but not required.
