Job Description
Manage all phases of garden-style multi-family construction projects. Act as the owner's representative, coordinating between developers, contractors, and stakeholders. Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery. Lead on-site teams and ensure compliance with safety and building standards. Communicate progress and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
