Key qualifications include: A minimum of 20 years of professional experience in electronics and/or semiconductor sectors. At least 5 years in leadership roles specifically focused on 3D management. Expertise in EDA or similar software technologies. Proven success in developing competitive commercial and innovation strategies. An established reputation as an industry thought leader. The ideal candidate will inspire a high-performance team, demonstrate exceptional financial acumen, and excel in talent recruitment and retention. A BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is essential, with an MSEE or PhD preferred.
