About the Role
The company is seeking a visionary Vice President to lead the growth and strategic direction of our Engineering Solutions team focused on 3D technologies. This role involves developing and executing a transformative 5-year strategic plan aimed at achieving substantial growth. We are looking for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in the electronics or semiconductor industries, particularly in 3D initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass solution definition, management, engineering, and establishing product innovation goals.
Key qualifications include:
A minimum of 20 years of professional experience in electronics and/or semiconductor sectors.
At least 5 years in leadership roles specifically focused on 3D management.
Expertise in EDA or similar software technologies.
Proven success in developing competitive commercial and innovation strategies.
An established reputation as an industry thought leader.
The ideal candidate will inspire a high-performance team, demonstrate exceptional financial acumen, and excel in talent recruitment and retention. A BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is essential, with an MSEE or PhD preferred. This position will also involve defining the company’s technical role in government semiconductor initiatives and may require up to 50% travel, both domestic and internationally.
