Our client is a healthcare sustainability company which specializes in reducing costs, waste and greenhouse gas emissions in hospitals.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who shares in our commitment to deliver high-quality mechanical and electrical infrastructure projects, and maintains an unyielding focus on exceeding client expectations.

The project manager will manage large multi-phased hospital infrastructure projects that involve multiple subcontractors and user groups.

Duties Project & Construction Management • Develop and publish a realistic electronic project schedule that incorporates phasing, logistics, permitting, disruption avoidance, equipment lead time, testing, commissioning, etc. • Report to ownership team, prepare agendas and meeting minutes, and track required follow ups items as required. • Track master project budgets and schedules for respective projects through all phases of design and construction. • Create weekly progress report with photo documentation. • Create meeting minutes for OAC and other meetings as required. • Prepare monthly project reports. • Prepare Client deliverables for review, researching means, methods, and best practices, and conducting site visits and inspections. • Develop a purchasing strategy using the project/procurement schedules and budget and review with Purchasing to ensure purchases are prioritized and buy out goals are met. Negotiate contracts with potential sub-contractors. • Prepare contracts between client and its subcontractors. • Lead the project team, deploy the project strategy and meet established profit goals. • Effectively administer the billing and collection process; send timely applications for payment and follow up assertively. • Strictly adhere to and promote company and its client's risk management and safety policies and procedures. • Evaluate construction work for compliance with standards of quality, construction documents, and owner's requirements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design team, co-workers, subcontractors and all other outside parties critical to a project's success; ensure close collaboration and communication. • Build effective internal relationships; provide leadership, foster teamwork and mentor/manage assigned staff members. • Create and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors; treat them fairly and professionally in all interactions and set an example for others to do the same. • Provide expertise that facilitates the creation, implementation and expanded use of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other efficiency/digitization tools and processes related to engineering and real estate optimization within organization.

Minimum Requirements • Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment • Establish and consistently execute on priorities • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent team-work and organizational skills • Work effectively alone or as part of a project team • Exercise sound judgments and make decisions in a manner consistent with essential job functions • Maintain flexible attitude and approach towards assignments and successfully operate under ambiguous guidelines. • Available and willing to travel to client locations and with such frequency as determined necessary to meet business needs • Competency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software

Requirements • College degree in related field required. • A minimum of 10 years of construction and /or real estate development • Well-versed in healthcare design and construction • Detail oriented with strong critical thinking skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam • Strong customer service orientation, with good decision-making ability • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments • Creative and Flexible; ability to multi-task various projects in a fast-paced environment

Location & Travel

Our client is registered to operate in multiple states throughout the United States. This role will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
