Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of future physicians? As a Student Support Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of medical students in their 3rd and 4th year of training.
Key Responsibilities of this position include: Relationships: Creating and maintaining positive relationships with clinical preceptors, peers and students Logistics: Creating schedules for student rotations Exam Support: Preparing for and proctoring exams Grade Management: Ensuring evaluations are sent out and preparing student grades. Additional Duties: Support team success by taking on additional relevant tasks as needed Shift
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Flexible hours can be set to accommodate employee needs. Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Successful applicants will be highly organized with the ability to prioritize work duties based on their importance. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft teams, Microsoft One Drive, MedHub, TigerConnect. Anticipated Hiring Range
