Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Analyst - Training & Content Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle ERP modules (preferably Finance) who also excels in training delivery and content development. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, develop training materials from scratch based on their own expertise, and conduct effective training sessions-while also functioning as a Business Analyst when not training.
Key Responsibilities: ct as a Functional Analyst in Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance or other modules). Leverage hands-on expertise to design and build training content independently (no reliance on prebuilt materials). Conduct live training sessions and workshops for business users and stakeholders. Create tailored training deliverables such as: Process walkthroughs User guides and manuals Slide decks and quick reference sheets Short demo videos or simulations Translate complex ERP functionality into clear, business-friendly training content. Serve as an Oracle ERP Functional Analyst to support ongoing enhancements, testing, and business process improvement when not engaged in training. Collaborate with SMEs to understand user needs and customize learning programs accordingly. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance or other core modules). Proven experience as a trainer and speaker-must have delivered trainings (not just assisted). Must be able to develop original content independently based on real-world functional experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical/functional topics to non-technical users. Experience supporting ERP rollouts, user adoption, and post-implementation support. Strong documentation skills (SOPs, BRDs, UAT guides, etc.). Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Financials Cloud certification (GL, AP, AR, etc.) Experience with Oracle tools like UPK, Captivate, or Guided Learning Exposure to OTBI / BI Publisher for reporting needs Familiarity with change management or user adoption programs
