Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, planning, logistics, operations, finance, and IT to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
Drive improvements in supply chain processes, tools, and KPIs (e.g., cost, delivery performance, inventory turns, lead times).
Implement supply chain systems or upgrades (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS, PLM).
Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and report status to senior leadership.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Lead change management and ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, or policies.
Track and communicate project ROI and success metrics.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or project management. Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and leading supply chain initiatives. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
