Assembly Technician

to support our production operations at our

Centennial, CO

headquarters. In this role, you'll help us deliver on our mission to improve wastewater treatment around the world. From assembling products to quality testing and inventory management, your work ensures our equipment ships out accurately, safely, and ready to perform. What You'll Be Doing

As an Assembly Technician, you'll support production and warehouse operations across assembly, quality, shipping/receiving, and inventory control. You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Operations Lead to meet daily goals and ensure products meet our quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include: Assemble and prepare goods for shipment Work efficiently on the production line to meet timelines Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols Complete quality assurance testing on assembled products Maintain proper storage of materials and product inventory Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Perform routine maintenance on warehouse machinery and tools Move materials or completed products to staging or storage areas Support additional warehouse or production tasks as needed Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with the company HSE program What You Bring

3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production (Required) Forklift certification or experience operating sit-down forklifts (Preferred) Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Strong communication and collaboration skills Basic computer skills (for documentation and inventory tasks) Dependability, initiative, and a team-first mindset Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities on the floor Physical & Travel Requirements

Must be able to lift up to

50 lbs

and be on your feet for extended periods On-call

or

overnight shifts

may be required occasionally to support installs or emergency production Optional travel to job sites What We Offer

Hourly pay:
