IT Project Manager (B2C) Location:

Torrance, CA (Hybrid of 4 days/week onsite and 1 day/week remote) Duration:

12 Months Contract with possibility of an extension

This Project Manager will be part of the

Consumer and Owners Experience

Department. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, experienced Sr. Project Manager who will lead the project team in alignment with the business unit objectives. This role will

provide governance and oversight of end-to-end delivery, resource management, administrative direction, and support for members of the team

. This Sr. Project Manager will be working closely with multiple areas of client, in addition to managing vendors. The projects this person will support will focus on assigned projects & enhancements to new or existing systems. Responsibilities will include the following:

Follow the SDLC methodology (Agile & Waterfall) and deliverables: Manage project plan, staff tasks and progress and report status Track dependencies and manage risk and issues Provide project communication to business and IT stakeholders Review, refine, and validate complex business requirements and combine into a clear and prioritized backlog Review Technical Design with Solution Architects and Tech Leads Ensure quality working with QA team, test planning and execution. Coordinate, schedule and chair meetings with multiple stakeholders and distribute meeting minutes Create presentation and communication material relevant to a variety of stake holders including business Manage Release and Post Launch Activities end to end Support Production Systems as needed Enable the team's efficacy: Examine and drive team performance and ensure accurate and timely feedback to the team and transparency to Product Owner and executive stakeholders Support and empower the Consumer Applications delivery teams and/or Product Owners to make appropriate commitments through story task definition Challenge the team to continuously improve through intentional, data-driven inspection and adaption (retrospectives) Help teams to maintain their team data and collateral, keeping relevant over time to changing needs of the business Support the Product Owner: Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the backlog, as well as ensure that it is visible, transparent, and understood by the development team Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Designers, QA Engineers, and Stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of product features Negotiate with other product teams, partner resources to facilitate the removal of impediments Support the Product Owner with meetings, building innovative solutions that contribute towards stakeholder business objectives Required Skills and Expertise:

Bachelor's degree or requisite experience, training, or coursework in agile development, innovation, and process management Minimum of 3-5 years of experience serving as a Project Manager delivering consumer facing websites, digital platforms or services that involve complex data, transactions, or integrations. Knowledgeable in the following areas:

Commerce Sales Website PAAS SAS Website compliance Salesforce related

Clear communication skills and ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders Proven ability to collaborate well with a diverse set of team members (team player) Strong Familiarity with Waterfall & Agile Delivery models Technical background to clearly understand complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects bility to innovate and multi-task with minimal oversight bility to perform the role of a Scrum Master when needed Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to present to executive leadership Experience with cost plans and budgets Familiarity with Jira/Confluence tools to manage project artifacts, user stories Ready to document Product Requirement.
