M.C. Dean is seeking well-qualified Assemblers for their Ruther Glen facility! As an Assembler, you'll work full-time at M.C Dean performing a variety of duties related to assembling, piecing together, fitting, fastening, and installing different parts of manufactured products, performing minor repairs as necessary and other manual labor required in assembling a product.
The weekly pay structure is as follows:
Starting pay at $20/hr.
*All positions come with 1.5x pay ($30/hr.) for hours worked over 40. There are currently 10 hours of overtime required per week, with the option to work more if you would like.
In addition, M.C. Dean conducts annual pay increase evaluations, as well as compensation increases for new certifications
This position comes with:

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
Must have 1+ years of Assembly or Production experience
Climb ladders - up to 60 feet
Lift up to 100 lbs.
Stand for long periods of time
