Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team and support the Selling Partner Experience (SPX) organization. With millions of selling partners across over 21 countries listing their products on Amazon Marketplace, their contributions are vital to realizing Amazon's vision of offering the earth's largest selection and the best prices.
The Selling Partner Experience org goal is to drive growth and satisfaction while reducing Amazon's cost-to-serve (CtS), enabling us to provide more value to sellers through our tools and services. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial insights and supporting management decisions, particularly in the areas that directly impacts business planning, operational expenses, and strategic investments across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
Support the annual OP1 planning cycle, coordinating across SPX leadership to establish goals, KPIs, and cost savings projects
Own and manage the Infrastructure Market Rate (IMR) planning process, including coordinating with various tech teams, conducting cost analyses, and develop ongoing tracking mechanism
Drive metric inspection and analysis for regular business reviews (WBR/QBR/OP1), providing data-driven insights on team performance and impact on SPX objectives
Develop and own the end-to-end goal management process, from initial creation through ongoing inspection and benefits realization
Lead process improvement initiatives including standardization, enhancing governance and optimization
Coordinate efforts across internal teams and external partners, creating mechanisms that drive cross-functional collaboration
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
