Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. As a QA Analyst, you will work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to test and validate software functionality, identify defects, and ensure that our applications meet industry standards and user requirements.

Essential Job Functions: Develop and execute test plans tailored to Salesforce-specific functionalities that use Flows, Triggers, Apex Jobs, and others. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on both web and mobile applications. Identify, track, and report defects, issues, and inconsistencies, and work closely with developers for resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform paired-testing to ensure full test coverage with all integrations. Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of the agile development process. Ensure that all deliverables meet company quality standards and customer expectations. Continuously contribute to process improvements, including test automation and documentation enhancements. Monitor and ensure compliance with QA policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). Coordinates QA/UAT efforts with development directors and business stakeholders. Produce QA reporting data. Product testing as needed. Participate in project quality monitoring and perform project evaluations. Actively participate in team meetings by offering project and/or corporate expertise and insight including bringing about the resolution of any incidents and data quality issues. Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience website/software tester or related field. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or HR-related field preferred or equivalent1+ years of experience testing Salesforce solutions. Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, etc). Strong foundation in Apex and familiarity with Salesforce-specific automations (e.g., Flows, Triggers and asynchronous/scheduled Apex Jobs). Experience in Salesforce query languages (SOQL and SOSL) and API technologies (SOAP and REST). Familiarity with Salesforce-specific UI components (e.g. lightning record pages, lightning web components, and visualforce pages). Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software development. Experience with various testing methodologies, including functional, performance, security, and automated testing. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Ability to create sql scripts for managing test data. Knowledge of Azure DevOps/TFS, Bugzilla, Jira, etc. Minimum 3 years' experience website/software tester or related field. Proficient in MS Office, Visio or similar tools. HRIS and Payroll management system experience a big plus. Strong interpersonal skills, both one-on-one and in-group environments are key requirements. Must have very strong relationship management skills, including negotiation, team leadership and conflict management skills; Ability to establish rapport and network within the corporation. Ability to demonstrate commitment, initiative, self-motivated, independent action, and versatility while embracing challenging and diverse assignments are a must. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); able to communicate effectively with management and with technical personnel. Must show attention to detail, show effective skills in forward planning and be a problem solver. Strong analytical, decision making and organizational skills. Flexibility to shift priorities in response to changing conditions. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise fashion. Attention to detail while maintaining a big picture orientation.
