This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical population health and care coordination tools within our integrated Epic environment. As an Epic Analyst II, you'll be responsible for hands-on configuration, documentation, testing, and enhancement of complex system workflows. You'll contribute both independently and collaboratively to ensure long-term system integrity and optimal user performance across Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, and related care coordination modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and support 2-3 Epic modules and all related population health and care coordination workflows Dedicate ~60% of time to daily operational support and quarterly system updates Dedicate ~20% to system enhancement and optimization projects Deep engagement with: Population Health Value-Based Care / ACO REACH HEDIS, HCC/suspect conditions Roster management, risk tiering, RAF scores Medication adherence, care gaps, and SDOH Rules, navigators, documentation, decision support, Nova Notes, and upgrades Serve as a key liaison between IT and clinical/operational stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues with a logical, root-cause-driven approach Develop and maintain clear documentation of workflows and technical functionality Apply project management techniques to ensure clean execution of updates and upgrades Provide on-call support as needed Mentor junior analysts and assist vendor onboarding when required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience Epic Healthy Planet Certification required. Compass Rose and/or any other outpatient focused Epic certs preferred. Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; 4+ years preferred Direct experience supporting Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose workflows Familiarity with ambulatory environments and integration points Track record of process improvement in technical systems Healthcare background required

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of 67,953.60 - 101,930.40 Annual, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
