We're seeking a Senior Developer Ops Engineer who is passionate about developer experience, infrastructure automation, and sustainable technology. You'll architect and maintain the tooling and systems that power our development lifecycle, helping engineers ship faster, test better, and deploy with confidence across a multi-cloud environment.
This isn't just "keeping the lights on." It's about building invisible excellence into our pipelines, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure-so everything just works. Key Responsibilities Build Developer Tools That Matter • Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Terraform, AWS, Azure) • Design automation frameworks to reduce manual effort and support scale • Partner with dev teams to improve testing tools for speed and reliability Engineer Multi-Cloud Infrastructure • Manage and evolve AWS and Azure infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) • Enhance observability with tools like CloudWatch, OpenSearch, and logging pipelines • Architect deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rollback) that balance speed with safety Boost Engineering Velocity • Create developer-centric tools that bridge Dev and Ops • Contribute to architectural decisions around performance, reliability, and security • Modernize platform capabilities to support both legacy systems and new services Technical Environment • Cloud: AWS and Azure • Tools: GitHub Actions, Terraform • Languages: Node.js, Python, Bash, React, React Native • Data & Observability: PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, OpenSearch, CloudWatch • AI Integration: Amazon Bedrock, AI-driven workflows Qualifications Technical Expertise (3-5 years): • Strong Terraform/IaC experience • Deep understanding of CI/CD systems and automated deployments • Proficiency with observability tooling (CloudWatch, ELK/OpenSearch, etc.) • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure environments (certifications a plus) • Scripting in Bash, Python, or Node.js CLI tools Mindset & Approach: • Builder's mentality with a focus on minimizing friction for developers • Balance of automation and pragmatism in process design • Cost-conscious without sacrificing reliability • Passionate about sustainability and purpose-driven technology Why Join Us • Developer Experience Focus: Build platforms that accelerate the delivery of impactful, energy-saving solutions. • Mission-Driven Work: Every system you streamline helps deliver conservation faster to schools and communities. • Innovation-First Culture: Explore and implement new technologies while maintaining high standards of reliability. • Technical Ownership: Enjoy autonomy and trust to influence tool choice, architecture, and process.
