Your daily tasks will include:Responding to resident needs promptly and with professionalismAssisting residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs)Administering meals and documenting food and fluid intakeAssisting with the admission process and helping new residents adjust to their environmentCollaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care and support for residentsOrganizes transportation of residents to complete required appointments based on priority of resident needs.Transports resident to and from inpatient and outpatient programs and to and from appropriate facilities andresidences.Transports medical records for signatures to medical offices.Promptly reports any scheduling changes to the DON; nursing staff and ancillary service providers, responsibleparties and takes follow up action as necessaryWhat You Need to Join Our Team:A valid CNA license in Missouri required. CPR/ BLS Certification.
