Our client is a biomedical device company, and they are now looking for a

Assembly Technician . Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr - $22/hr Position Overview: The Assembly Technician must be detail-oriented and reliable with experience working in a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate must be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging components or products in accordance with strict cleanliness and quality standards. This role requires excellent manual dexterity, adherence to safety and contamination control protocols, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. Responsibilities for Assembly Technician:

Perform manual and semi-automated assembly of components in a cleanroom setting.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.

Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.

Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

Operate basic tools and equipment such as microscopes, torque drivers, and sealers.

Maintain a sterile environment by properly gowning, cleaning, and performing all duties in accordance with cGMP cleanroom procedures.

Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols including gowning, cleanliness, and contamination control.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues promptly.

Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.

Required Experience/Skills of the Assembly Technician:

1 - 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in a cleanroom or controlled environment.

Familiarity with cleanroom protocols (ISO, GMP regulations).

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.

Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.

Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 20 pounds, and occasionally up to 40 pounds.

Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Assembly Technician:

Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or electronics manufacturing is a plus.

Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or FDA regulations.
