We are looking for a new Inbound Manager to join our growing Inbound Team and Fulfillment Center network. This individual will report into our Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all receiving, putaway, and returns to ensure timely and accurate flow of goods into the fulfillment center. This role drives people growth, operational efficiency, safety, and team performance to support service levels and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, from 6:00am to 3:00pm CST
Salary:
$70,000 – $85,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all inbound receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate unloading, inspection, and putaway of inventory to maintain stock availability and meet service level agreements.
Managing daily workload planning and labor allocation for inbound teams, utilizing forecasts and real-time data to balance productivity and cost-efficiency across shifts.
Developing, implementing, and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inbound processes to drive consistency, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Training and developing Supervisors, Team Leads and associates through coaching, mentoring, and effective communication to develop a strong culture of employee engagement
Identifying, developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as dock-to-stock time and receiving accuracy, analyzing trends and initiating corrective actions to achieve operational goals.
Partnering with Inventory Control, Outbound, and other external departments to resolve discrepancies, manage space utilization, and support cross-functional projects impacting inbound operations.
Ensuring safe work practices and maintains a clean, organized receiving environment, conducting regular safety audits and addressing hazards promptly to protect team members and inventory.
Identifying and proposing process improvement initiatives to company leadership for FC standardization and execution
Attending and participating in the HR Leadership meetings twice a month
All members of management are expected to lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplace
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Minimum 3 years managing operations through WMS tools and reporting
Minimum 3 years in a high-volume e-commerce or omni-channel fulfillment setting
Minimum 3 years leading teams in a warehouse or fulfillment environment, including performance management and coaching
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with all levels of the organization
Experience applying continuous improvement tools to drive efficiency and reduce costs
Minimum 3 years in a high-volume e-commerce or omni-channel fulfillment setting
Ability to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independently
Employees are expected to seek help or use appropriate equipment to ensure safety for any task involving pushing or pulling that exceeds 60 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day
Preferred Qualifications:
APICS (CPIM or CSCP), Six Sigma, or Lean certification
