Required Skills and Experience: Proven track record serving as the primary point of contact for all technical, cost, and schedule performance matters Experience overseeing daily program operations Demonstrated ability to manage, assign, oversee, and review work of program personnel Expertise creating and maintaining accurate programmatic and technical documentation for effective program management Experience consulting with stakeholders including users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and prioritize mission objectives Willingness to travel internationally for work approximately one week per month Desired Skill and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field Strong communication and coordination skills with proven ability to work effectively across technical and leadership teams Experience preparing program management artifacts such as presentations and reports
