Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Location: Kent, Washington
Length: 5 week Project Contract

Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
and play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of our cutting-edge Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our equipment runs safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Promoting a
safe work environment
by adhering to all safety protocols. Performing and documenting
preventative maintenance
routines. Leading and auditing maintenance procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. Creating and closing work orders with detailed records of labor, parts, and equipment serviced. Troubleshooting
electrical and mechanical issues
involving belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more. Developing and delivering
training plans
for team members. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Managing and tracking
inventory
for maintenance supplies and parts. Physically capable of lifting up to 49 lbs and working shifts up to 12 hours (with or without reasonable accommodation). Required:
3-5 years of hands-on
electro-mechanical experience . Associate degree or equivalent technical training. Proficiency with
hand tools
and strong
communication skills .
Preferred:
3+ years working with
automated systems and controls . Experience repairing
Material Handling Equipment (MHE) . Skilled in
predictive and preventative maintenance . Ability to read
blueprints and electrical schematics . Solid understanding of
electrical and electronic principles . Familiarity with
OEM safety standards . Experience with
project management
and
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) . Background in
robotic or electromechanical systems . Competence in troubleshooting
