Job Description

Lead all phases of civil construction projects from precon to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, clients, engineers, and municipalities to maintain progress and meet expectations Manage budgets, schedules, RFI/submittal processes, and subcontractor buyouts Oversee procurement, permitting, and compliance processes Conduct progress meetings and provide regular reporting to stakeholders Resolve field issues promptly and efficiently to avoid project delays Uphold the company's high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

5-10+ years of civil construction experience as a Project Manager Proven success managing projects in one or more of the following: • Water/Wastewater treatment plants • Underground utilities • Earthwork & site development • Roads, bridges, and heavy infrastructure Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, local agency standards, and contract management Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to lead cross-functional teams and liaise with external stakeholders Proficient in construction management platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, HCSS, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required) What's on Offer
