Job Description
Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including
concrete restoration , budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and cost control. Coordinate buyouts, subcontracts, and purchase orders in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Work closely with Superintendents to maintain schedule adherence, safety, and quality standards. Handle subcontractor negotiations, scope reviews, change orders, and invoice approvals. Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and lead project meetings. Ensure timely project closeout and collection of all final documentation and payments. Mentor junior team members and contribute to recruiting efforts. Support business development by maintaining strong relationships with past and current clients. The Successful Applicant
Holds a
Bachelor's degree
in Construction Management or a related field. Brings
10+ years of experience
in commercial construction Possesses strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Comfortable working on-site and maintaining daily oversight of active job sites. Proactive, professional, and committed to fostering high morale within the project team. What's on Offer
