Summary : The Project Manager is part of a dynamic, customer-facing team delivering state-of-the-art turbomachinery trains engineered by Everllence for industrial applications including Oil and Gas, Pulp & Paper, Industrial Gases, Heat Pumps, and Carbon Capture. This role leads the execution of complex projects within a global matrix organization, from sales handover through design, procurement, manufacturing, packaging, testing, and final delivery-continuing through installation, commissioning, and the warranty period. Additionally, the Project Manager should work with our service team to provide information needed for installation and commissioning related team activities. This role requires domestic and international travel including visits to industrial production plants, construction sites and manufacturing facilities.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle project execution to meet contractual scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage technical and financial aspects of assigned projects, including risk mitigation, claim management, documentation, and contract adherence. Coordinate procurement and packaging efforts to ensure compliance with technical and commercial specifications. Interpret technical documentation (e.g., GA drawings, P&IDs, industry standards) and communicate complex technical details to customers related to design, manufacturing, instrumentation, controls, and integration. Serve as the primary liaison with internal teams including Field Service, Sales, Aftermarket, and Engineering to support successful installation and continuous improvement. Support project performance reviews, drive corrective actions, and contribute to process improvements. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Education:

Bachelor's degree in technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering. Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

Minimum five (5) years of experience in complex projects (preferably Turbomachinery projects). Proficient in SAP, Project Management tools, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and communication skills. Exceptional customer relationship management capabilities. German or Spanish language skills preferred.
