Senior Business Analyst Location: Washington, DC Type: ContractJob Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of compliance and operational improvement initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with technical and business teams to design, document, and deliver impactful business solutions based on analytical insights.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the implementation of compliance and operational efficiency projects.Document analytical findings, including assumptions and data sources, and prepare models for handoff to stakeholders.Define and refine business processes, procedures, policies, and training programs to support model implementation.Develop project roadmaps and communication strategies for stakeholder engagement.Capture and document meeting outcomes, ensuring appropriate review and storage processes are followed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and business leads to execute business improvements driven by analytics and modeling results.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or industry roles focused on business reengineering, transformation, or strategic initiatives.Proven ability to document complex business processes and translate analytical outputs into actionable recommendations.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills:Experience working in data-driven environments.Familiarity with change management or process improvement frameworks.
