Responsibilities:
Assemble products or components according to work instructions and quality standards. Use hand tools, power tools, or machinery to complete assembly tasks efficiently. Conduct quality checks to ensure all parts meet company specifications. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or production issues. Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required). Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not necessary-we provide training! Ability to use hand tools, read work instructions, and follow assembly procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
