Who We're Hiring:
Woodfin-Your Home Team is searching for an experienced CDL-B Oil Delivery Driver to join our team! The Oil Delivery Driver plays an integral part in the business, servicing a large and loyal customer base throughout Central Virginia. This position has its' roots based in the foundation of Woodfin as the oil service is what the company was built upon. This position operates a Woodfin Oil Delivery Truck requiring a CDL-B with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements.

What You'll Do: Deliver heating oil and kerosene to residential and commercial customers to keep company operations running. Maintain customer relationships by ensuring timely deliveries. Prioritize safe driving and truck maintenance by checking vehicle components daily and promptly reporting defect. Comply with safety and environmental regulations, filling out necessary forms and following procedures. Provide excellent customer service by respecting their property, being courteous, prompt, and dependable. Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Can operate a standard-transmission vehicle. Must be able to work 10-hour days, 6 days a week. Fluent English-speaking and writing skills. Neat, clean, and professional appearance. Driving Requirements
Must have a valid Virginia CDL - B license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. Must have positive points on state driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted. Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years. All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to pull 100-pound hose up to 175 feet a minimum of thirty times per day.
