Job Overview
Raycap, Inc. a manufacturing company in Post Falls, ID., is currently looking for Cycle Counter Coordinator to join our Warehouse team. This role follows standard guidelines, procedures, oral and written instructions to accomplish scheduled and on-demand cycle counts on a daily basis. Assists in the resolution to questions and problems regarding inventory counts. Refers the most complex issues to higher levels.
Primary Job Responsibilities Supervise Cycle Count Team in achieving daily count goals Maintain training on proper use of scales and counting techniques Creating cycle count sheets and organizing cycle count schedule in SAP Review primary count results and facilitate secondary counts if necessary Determine action steps for necessary material movements found during the count process Communicate with warehouse management regarding significant count variances Point of contact and coordination for special inventory counting projects Complete daily reports to include but not limited to lost, empty location, and bump out reports Submit daily reports and variance findings to Management Report cycle count and other audit findings to Management through weekly/monthly reporting Communicate with Accounting regarding cycle count differences and internal control problems Support other warehouse roles when needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
H.S. diploma or GED; College coursework in accounting a plus Strong math skills coupled with the ability to perform accurate counts; accurately perform basic calculations with no margin for error Computer literacy - daily work tasks performed in SAP System Previous Highlift or Forklift experience preferred. Ability to complete and successfully pass forklift certification within one month of employment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Self-directed and motivated work approach Well-developed and demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable and punctual Willingness to work overtime as required Flexibility in mindset with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work environment with changing priorities Physical Demands
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to lift 50 lbs., Stand and Bend frequently without issue Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment Who We Are
