School-Based Mental Health Therapist

to join our team and provide essential mental health support to students in Baltimore City Schools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy to students addressing emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families. Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies. Work closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create a trauma-informed and inclusive school environment. Provide training and resources to school staff on mental health topics. Maintain accurate and confidential records following legal and ethical guidelines. Collaborate with community mental health agencies to coordinate services for students and families. Applicants who are fluent in both English and Spanish are encouraged to apply. Requirements

What we need from you:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. State licensure as an

LGPC, LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent

. Experience working with children/adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills. What we offer:

Salary Description

$70,000 - $85,000 plus $5,000 sign on bonus
