Job DescriptionJob Description OVERVIEW
Integrity Communications Solutions, Inc. is seeking three Engineer IV – Systems Engineer IV – (Systems Test and Verification) to join our growing team. This role provides technical leadership and systems engineering expertise in support of mission-critical initiatives. As a Systems Engineer IV with Integrity, you will define, coordinate, and manage system test resources-including simulation environments, engineering models (EMs), digital twins, and hardware test assets-to support the execution of end-to-end system verification activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience
in systems engineering or space operations (satellite or ground systems focus ).
Proficiency in systems engineering fundamentals, including requirements management, integration, and testing.
Experience with system architecture design, hardware/software interface definition, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with operational mission ground systems and command & control concepts.
Active Secret clearance
with the ability to obtain a
Top Secret/SCI clearance
(U.S. citizenship required).
Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to
20% .
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in protected MILSATCOM or related systems, including EHF terminal operations (SMART-T, NMT).
Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, STK, SQL) and digital engineering techniques.
Familiarity with spacecraft subsystems, telemetry, and command & control operations.
Expertise in cross-mission program collaboration, system test planning, and digital twin development.
Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain key test planning documents, including the System Test and Verification Plan (STVP) and detailed System Test Plans, ensuring alignment with system requirements, program milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
Support the verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) of test facilities, tools, and assets used in support of formal system-level verification campaigns.
Maintain and manage the System Verification Cross-Reference Matrix (VCRM), providing traceability from requirements to verification methods, and recommend appropriate verification approaches (test, analysis, demonstration, inspection).
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve programmatic, technical, and mission assurance challenges.
Engage in technical discussions, status reporting, and decision-making with Aerospace and Government leadership.
Analyze system and interface requirements in DOORS and trace them to verification activities, using Jira and Confluence to manage verification artifacts, track issues, and document resolutions.
Support the integration of MBSE artifacts (e.g., Cameo models) with test planning documentation to align architectural views with system verification strategies and provide digital continuity across the engineering lifecycle.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary Range:
$110,000-$135,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
