We're on the hunt for a Systems Administrator who can keep our digital house in order without breaking a sweat-or at least not showing it. You'll be the go-to guru for all things IT, from Azure cloud sorcery to user support wizardry. If you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves (metaphorically or literally) and tell a stubborn server who's boss, keep reading. In this role, you will administer, maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, Windows Server administration, Azure cloud services, computer deployment, and end-user support. Provide technical support to all end users, resolving issues efficiently while collaborating with our IT team to implement system upgrades, security patches, and backup strategies. In addition, you will Configure and manage network infrastructure like firewalls, switches, VPNs, and respond to and resolve IT tickets in a timely and professional manner.

What You Will Do:
Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments. Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows-based PCs and laptops, including OS imaging and software installations. Provide technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems. Assist in the administration and monitoring of Azure services, including identity management and resource provisioning. Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of infrastructure. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with other IT staff to implement system upgrades, security patches, and backup strategies. (If applicable) Configure and manage network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs, etc.). Respond to and resolve IT tickets in a timely and professional manner. Requirements
3 + years of proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022). Proficiency in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365. Experience in deploying and managing desktops and laptops in a business environment. Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Great if you Have it!
Experience with network management, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN. Familiarity with tools like SCCM, Intune, PowerShell scripting, or similar. Certifications such as MCSA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
