Senior Project Manager
to join our Utilities Team.

This role of
Senior Project Manager
is responsible for the overall management of projects. Accountable for project performance, ensuring quality control on deliverables, and maintaining client relationships. Provides direction and guidance to other Project Managers, Project Engineers and Technicians on project teams. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Experience in designing and implementing water and wastewater infrastructure projects, water pipelines, wells, boosters, reservoirs, in addition to wastewater gravity sewer mains, lift stations, force mains, and odor control
Program management, water and sewer planning, and master plans
Actively pursue Marketing and Business Development opportunities while building new and maintaining existing client relationships
Participate in the execution of Company strategic initiatives
Represent the Company at industry events and conferences
Participate and coach project teams for new project interviews
Prepare and negotiate scopes of work, schedules and fee proposals
Assemble project teams (subconsultants, internal staff) for pursuits
Set up accounting and budget tracking for new projects
Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets
Coordinate all aspects of project life cycle, including: clients/owners, design teams, internal staff and all other necessary resources
Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control for project deliverables
Provide clarification and direction to technical staff on project issues and general engineering principles
Prepare project billing/invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payment
Evaluate company practices and processes to provide input for continuous improvement
Actively participate in the career development of staff

The ability to consistently meet project deadlines while always maintaining a high level of quality
Technical knowledge of engineering principles
Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the project team including technicians, engineers, sub-consultants and clients
Ability to effectively communicate project and billing status and needs with the client
Proven negotiating skills and the ability to successfully negotiate acceptable contracts
Education and Experience:
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, and 10 to 15 years of experience in civil engineering.
Minimum 8 years Project Management experience.
Must have a valid Colorado driver's license or be able to obtain a valid Colorado driver's license within 3 months of start date.
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Colorado or the ability to obtain registration within six months.
LOCATION: This opportunity is in our Denver, Colorado office location
COMPENSATION: Annual Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 DOE. The expected salary range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation is based on the successful candidate's individual education, qualifications, and experience. ABOUT DIBBLE
