Marketing Program Manager - Life Sciences (Boston, MA)

Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing Program Manager will work closely with the Product Marketing team to develop and refine content that enhances brand awareness, educates customers, and accelerates sales This individual will ensure that scientific and technical content is effectively translated into engaging marketing materials across multiple channels, including the website, blogs, webinars, social media, and digital marketing campaigns As our Marketing Program Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our content strategy, working hand-in-hand with commercial team leads This role requires the ability to balance technical accuracy with compelling messaging to resonate with target audiences in pharma, biotech, and adjacent industries Content Development & Optimization: Work closely with Product Marketing to create, refine, and optimize content that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement Scientific Storytelling: Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with different target audiences Marketing Program Execution: Support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that align with go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product positioning Plan, coordinate, and execute client's presence at industry tradeshows and conferences, including exhibit management and logistics. Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and automation workflows using marketing automation and campaign management platforms. Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assets. Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies for improved engagement. Assist in other marketing initiatives as needed to support company objectives. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a master of scientific storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creating content that resonates with diverse audiences Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in life sciences marketing or communications Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and content scheduling tools. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute innovative ideas.
