Mac Engineer

Provide Level 3 Engineering level troubleshooting of Mac Desktop issues Be a Sr. level Mac Engineer and drive Mac Engineering projects to completion in a Team Lead capability. Constant refinement of our JSS Casper Suite in providing Mac imaging, user data backup / restore, software deployments, and support using this infrastructure Provide MS Office level 3 Engineering support for Mac versions 2011 & 2016 O365 including Outlook Provide level 3 support and engineering for browsers including Mac Safari, Chrome, and Firefox Assist with packaging Mac installs including any required scripting as needed Communicate effectively; dissect situations and present optimal solutions for complex issues Expedite sensitive operational issues and make the appropriate decision to inform a supervisor or take independent action if necessary Project a positive, professional image and foster a respectful team environment Actively participate in key departmental and divisional initiatives when called upon Assist Level 3 Windows Engineering as needed (as they assist Mac Engineering) Requirements:

3-5 years experience Superior product and industry knowledge for Mac & Windows mixed environments Outstanding client service, communication and problem resolution skills Experience with JAMF Casper Suite is a must Experience with Centrify & MS SCCM is desirable Mac OS X bash and applescript experience is required Strong self-management skills in order to drive projects to completion
