Job Responsibilities: • Assemble complex industrial parts and components for aviation and aerospace applications • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions • Use various hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently • Perform quality checks and inspections on assembled parts to ensure they meet specifications • Identify and report any defects or issues in parts or assembly processes • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety protocols and procedures • Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and productivity • Document work completed and maintain accurate records • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements • Assist in training new team members as needed • Adhere to strict quality control standards and industry regulations • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues about project status and challenges

Skills Required: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree preferred • 1-3 years of experience in industrial assembly, preferably in aerospace manufacturing • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity • Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings • Proficiency in using various hand tools and assembly equipment • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy • Basic math skills for taking measurements and performing calculations • Good physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds • Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Good time management skills to meet production deadlines • Basic computer skills for data entry and digital work instructions • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes • Reliable attendance and punctuality
