Job Description
Collaborates with the physician advisor team on, but not limited to, clinical documentation education, query escalations, and resident training.
Education And Credentials
Bachelors Degree and five years of experience in a specialty or lead technician's role of an Advanced Clinical/Biomedical Engineering Department; which services all aspects of medical equipment including specialties in Clinical Lab, Cardiopulmonary, Hemodialysis, and Imaging. Or, if no degree, eight years of experience as described above. AAMI Certification as a Biomedical Equipment Specialist or Clinical Engineer.
Experience
Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required. Computer skill proficiency in the Windows environment including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and LAN management skills. Should possess excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and proven track record of superior customer service. Significant experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring against Service Level Agreements in a health care environment.
