ABA Program Coordinator

!

The ABA Program Coordinator will assist the Behavior Analysts with designing the ABA client program, maintaining program treatment fidelity, creating program materials, providing training and support to RBTs during therapy sessions, and covering direct therapy sessions as needed.

Schedule

:

Monday-Friday (some weekend work may be required) 40+ hours per week.

Travel

: Must be willing to travel to client homes, school, or community events as necessary. Must be willing to transport clients as assigned.

The Program Coordinator will assist the Behavior Analysts with designing ABA client programs, maintaining program treatment fidelity, creating program materials, providing training and support to RBTs during therapy sessions, and covering direct therapy sessions as needed.

Must be enrolled in a master's degree program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a qualifying field.

Job Duties:

It is the responsibility of the Program Coordinator to assist the BCBA with designing ABA client programs, maintaining program treatment fidelity, and creating program materials. Provide training/support to RBTs during their therapy sessions. Ensure that all Sycamore Services ABA Opportunity Center policies, procedures, and ABA standards are being upheld. Maintain company cultural standards, and best practices, and represent the ABA Opportunity Center's Mission, Vision, and Values. Fulfill all RBT duties and provide behavior support when necessary. Fill in for RBT therapy sessions as needed. Fill out the required paperwork and input data promptly. Work with BCBA and ABA Clinical Director to ensure the quality of records are being maintained. Ensure ABA best practices and ethical standards are being upheld and provide feedback to RBTs. Provide positive praise to staff members. Conduct RBT Competency Assessments and Re-assessments as assigned. Conduct IOA checks, program fidelity checks, or other observations as assigned. Review and update data sheets and programming as directed by BCBA or supervisor. Communicate with RBTs, BCBAs, ABA Clinical Director, and any other team members effectively and professionally. Train staff members on new programs and intervention plans as directed by a BCBA. Attend parent trainings, family meetings, or other client meetings and provide support to the client and family/guardian throughout services as approved by the supervising BCBA. Attend any assigned meetings. Stay up to date on required certifications, trainings, and requirements. Attend events, disseminate information, and promote Sycamore Services ABA Opportunity Center. Maintain supervision standards according to the Supervision contract and BACB standards for supervision. Requirements

Must complete all company orientations, Health & Safety Training, and Safety Care.

Bachelor's Degree Required. Minimum of 2 years ABA experience required. Must maintain RBT Certification and all other qualifications of a Behavior Technician. Enrolled in an accredited master's Program in Behavioral Analysis or a related field and actively seeking supervision toward a BCBA certification. (Or completion of master's degree in ABA or related field) Experience with data collection software. Ability to supervise others and professionally provide feedback. Experience with physical management. Experience and fluency with programs such as Word, excel, PowerPoint, etc. Must be able to do activities as required to work directly with clients, which may include being able to bend, stoop, pull, push, walk, reach, lift, climb stairs, run without assistance, and lift at least 50 lbs.
