eDiscovery Specialist

to join our litigation support team in support of the

U.S. Attorney's Office (USAO) . This role is a critical part of civil and criminal investigations requiring advanced support for electronic discovery, data analysis, and trial presentation. You'll work directly with Assistant U.S. Attorneys (AUSAs), paralegals, IT specialists, and investigators to ensure digital evidence is identified, preserved, reviewed, and presented with precision. The work you do will directly contribute to the USAO's mission to uphold the rule of law, safeguard taxpayer dollars, and protect the integrity of government programs and public institutions. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for

eDiscovery Specialist : $33 - $38/hour. Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. eDiscovery Specialist Responsibilities Include: Manage electronic discovery workflows including document intake, processing, review, and production using industry-standard tools (e.g. Everlaw, Relativity, Eclipse, eCapture, OnCue, TrialDirector, CaseMap/TimeMap, Acumen, Axon, Nuix, EzManage). Provide litigation support on complex litigation. Assist with trial presentation, digital exhibits, and courtroom technology. Coordinate with IT staff, AUSAs, and federal partners on technical requirements and data strategy. Train legal staff on litigation support tools and best practices. Develop and execute data review plans, run searches, and validate productions. Ensure accurate document tracking, OCR quality control, metadata integrity, and database foldering/tagging. Extract and analyze various types of data such as healthcare and financial data to uncover patterns. Collaborate with federal and state agencies, experts, and external counsel to manage productions. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. eDiscovery Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2+ years of experience

in eDiscovery, litigation support, digital forensics within a legal or federal law enforcement environment;

OR

2+ years of

educational experience

in Legal Studies, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field. Familiarity with processing tools such as Everlaw, Eclipse, Nuix, or Law. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
