Lead Full stack Java developer

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Angular with Redux and Java Spring Boot to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for building scalable, distributed systems and a solid understanding of the financial services domain. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop large-scale, distributed systems with high performance and scalability. Build responsive and dynamic front-end applications using Angular and Redux. Develop robust back-end services using Java Spring Boot. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system integration. Work in an Agile/SCRUM environment and contribute to continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: 8+ years in software development with a focus on distributed systems. Frontend: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Angular and Redux. Backend: Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot. 4+ years of experience in the financial services or investment banking industry. Knowledge of capital markets or trading systems is a plus. Database: Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Solid understanding of object-oriented design, threading, and design patterns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.S Strong team player with analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with SCRUM, Agile, and iterative development approaches.
