Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Fusion Technical Conversion Lead

to spearhead data migration and conversion efforts in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud modules combined with functional understanding, especially in

Finance, Procurement, Projects, or HCM . You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and leading all conversion activities from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead

end-to-end data conversion activities

across all phases: strategy, mapping, extraction, transformation, validation, and loading into Oracle Fusion. Work closely with business and functional teams to

define data requirements , cleansing needs, and mapping strategies. Develop and maintain

FBDI, ADFdi, HDL templates , and Oracle Web Services-based integrations for data load. Perform

data reconciliation, validation, and exception handling

to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Coordinate with legacy system owners, Oracle Cloud teams, and system integrators to define

cutover strategy and timelines . Create

functional and technical design documents , test cases, and migration scripts. Serve as the

bridge between functional and technical teams , translating business needs into executable migration strategies. Conduct

mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover support . Lead and mentor junior team members in conversion tools, best practices, and troubleshooting.

Skills and Experience Required:

10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 3+ years in

Oracle Fusion Cloud

(Finance/SCM/HCM/Projects). Proven experience leading large-scale

data migration/conversion efforts

in Fusion implementations. Hands-on expertise with

FBDI, HDL, ADFdi, OTBI , BI Publisher, and Web Services APIs. Solid understanding of

Fusion data models and business processes . Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and data analysis skills. Experience with

Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

or ETL tools is a plus. Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels and

drive workshops/discovery sessions . Knowledge of

data governance, quality, and security practices . Strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud Certification (Financials, SCM, or HCM) Prior experience in at least

2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations Experience with

multi-country, multi-currency, multi-entity environments
