Job Description Manage and administer 5 SharePoint Site Collections. Gather requirements from stakeholders to design and develop SharePoint sites, navigation, and collaboration workspaces. Create and maintain reference guides, and provide SharePoint training to non-technical users. Monitor and archive outdated content, proactively updating SharePoint sites as necessary. Respond to SharePoint change requests and clarify issues for resolution. Continuously evaluate and improve the KM Framework, adapting workflows and procedures as the organization grows. Promote the use of Knowledge Management tools and processes to enhance knowledge sharing across the organization. Support the development and implementation of training on KM tools and best practices. Identify challenges to KM adoption and develop strategies to drive cultural change and improve the overall value of KM initiatives. Requirements

2+ years

of experience in developing and implementing SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries in SharePoint 2016 and/or SharePoint Online. 2+ years

of experience administering SharePoint permissions, including creating custom permission groups. 1+ year

of proven experience implementing Knowledge Management strategies or delivering related solutions. Experience creating custom workflows in SharePoint. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Superior customer service attitude and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Desired Skills Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate). Familiarity with metrics and data analysis tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
