Data Engineer - Philadelphia, PA (On-site, 5 Days/Week) Are you a full-stack data engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment? A rapidly growing tech-driven company in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Data Engineer to help design and scale the next generation of their data platform and internal tools. This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days/week) where you'll work closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to build reliable pipelines, integrate services, and support business intelligence across the organization. You'll be hands-on with Python, Django, React, and AWS and contribute to systems that directly impact both internal operations and end users.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in a data engineering or full-stack development role Python, Django, and React AWS services SQL and data modeling Experience building scalable data pipelines and APIs Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Desired Skills & Experience

Airflow, Snowflake, or dbt Background in consumer fintech or product-based environments CI/CD practices and DevOps tooling Comfortable working cross-functionally with analytics and business teams Passion for clean, well-documented code and continuous improvement What You'll Be Doing Tech Breakdown:

40% Full-stack development with Python, Django, React 30% Building and maintaining cloud-based data pipelines (AWS) 30% Supporting analytics, product, and data platform needs Daily Responsibilities:
